Mystery Book Report: Mystery books and packets should be coming back and forth to school every day. Time is occasionally given in class for this work, and students miss out when they forget their book or packet! Students should be reading their mysteries and planning to finish the book by the 24th of October.
Marathon Challenge 2014:
What: Run a marathon (26.2 miles) in a month
Who: Cascade View Elementary School Grades 1-5
Where: Run/Walk Anywhere and Everywhere
Why: Get Fit, Have Fun, Prepare for the Turkey Trot
When: October 6nd-November 7th

Reward: Individual finishers will be invited to a movie during conference time. The top 2 classes with the most marathon challenge finishers will earn an extra PE class.
Attendance Hotline: If your child will be missing school or tardy for any reason, please be sure to call the attendance hotline: 425-831-4108 Due to changes in the district's policy, if a student is absent and the attendance line has not been called, our school secretaries are required to call all the emergency contact numbers in that student's file until they can find a reason for the absence. Please call the attendance line!
