CVES Wheels Unit: May 31st-June 13th
Helmets REQUIRED in PE for participation.
Students will be riding unicycles, rip sticks, razor scooters, and go go pedal rollers. Thank you for your support.
If your child forgets his/her helmet, there will be a helmet box outside the gym (in the main hall) so you can drop them there. We have PE on Tuesdays.
Our all school BBQ: is on June 9th. If you or your child would like to buy lunch please fill out our form http://goo.gl/forms/oKLP2BB4dLIMsRjS2 . If you or your child do not wish to buy lunch, there is no need to fill out the form, just join them for their designated lunch time! The mystery word is calcium.
Student Classroom Supplies now available on line!
Our CVES online “Student Classroom Supply” shopping will be open from Tuesday, May 31st to July 1st !
Our goal is to ease the minds for school preparation and create a one-stop shop for school supplies for next year. The boxes will have your child’s name on them and be shipped directly to our school! After July 1st, prices will increase and boxes will be sent to your home.
We hope this help decrease your “To Do” list for next year’s Cubs.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
- Visit www.schooltoolbox.com, to purchase your child’s 2016 – 17 classroom supplies. It’s also on our school website under Quick Links.
- Search for our school name, then select your child’s grade level for next year(2016-17) and follow the directions for a user friendly shopping experience.
- Enjoy your summer!
~Happy shopping.
Completed tri-fold boards: were due back to school today (Tuesday, May 31) ready for our Wax Museum on Thursday, June 2.
Please see the wax museum assignment packet (attached) for specific guidelines. There is also a page on the 4th grade website with examples.
June Volunteer Calendar: is attached to this week's email. Thanks for all you do to support our classroom learning!
Coming up this week in class: During this short week, we are working on final math topics and tests for the year, investigating nutrition by tracking what food groups we eat from, learning about Economics, exploring possible careers, and preparing to present our Wax Museum!
Thank you!
