Our goal for the week: "Finish my biography report rough draft." (We will be using some writing class time toward this goal.) Volunteer to Run a Station *Morning shift 8:30-11:00 (Grades 3-5) *Afternoon shift 12:50-2:55 (Grades K-2) *Or, All Day Fun! INTERNET SAFETY FOR OUR CHILDREN A Presentation for Parents from the Seattle Police Department Sponsored by the CVES PTSA Monday, May 11th, at 6:30 p.m. @ Cascade View Elementary School Officer Stefanie Thomas of the Seattle Police Department's VICE/High Risk Victim's Unit will provide a presentation for parents on internet safety on Monday, May 11th at 6:30 p.m. in the CVES Multi-purpose room. At-Home Reading: Students should be reading 20 minutes a night. Monthly reading logs should stay in students' binders, and will be checked every Tuesday. Two nights a week students may use Lexia as their 20 minutes of reading. Archives
