We are in for some lovely weather this week! The timing is perfect to prepare us for Spring Break next week! I hope you and your children enjoy some quality time together!

A reminder from the music room. Our 4th Grade Concert is Tuesday the 29th at 7:00pm. I hope you all are planning to attend. The kids have been working hard in music class and are really looking forward to performing for you! We will be singing songs in many different languages and also playing our recorders!
Students should arrive at 6:45pm dressed nicely.

Reading Genre Study for March - Newbery Book Report: Examples of finished projects can be seen on the project page of the 4th grade website. Students should be bringing their Newbery book and packet back to school every day, in case we have class time they can use to work on it.
March and April volunteer calendars: attached to this week's email. Thanks again for all you do to support our class's learning - we couldn't do it without you!!! Please let me know if this time doesn't work.
Coming Up This Week in Class: We launching Math Topic 14 (measurement), practicing problem solving, publishing animal reports, continuing our social studies / reading Unit on Lewis and Clark, researching African and Middle-Eastern countries, and showing off music learning with the 4th grade concert!
