Washington State topographical map due on Wed, 11/18. This is a fantastic project for your family! I hope you will take on the challenge with your fourth grader!! Assignment packets went home in last week’s Monday green folder. Students completed a colored rough draft in class, which should be in their binders. See the project page on the website for finished examples and more information!
November/December book report: Mystery - electronic copy attached to this newsletter. Students should get their mystery books approved by this Friday, and be bringing their book and packet back and forth to school every day!
November volunteer calendar: is attached to this week's email. The November calendar required a lot of changes to work around no school days and conferences - please let me know if you need any adjustments or can't be here on your day. Thanks again for all you do to support our class's learning - we couldn't do it without you!!!
Coming Up This Week in Class: We are starting math Topic 6 (Multiplying by one-digit numbers), conferencing on finished Titanic narratives, revising and publishing Cinderella stories, taking the Ecosystems science test, starting our mystery read-aloud, reflecting on first trimester learning, and creating six-sided snowflake art!
